I have a very hard-working friend who often works late. I went out for Starbuck's coffee and bought her favorite- a low-fat latte. She was delighted and the pick-me-up helped her as she finished her work. I sipped my coffee, too, as we enjoyed a few minutes of conversation - a nice treat for both of us!
