My friend just had surgery on her elbow - ouch! She is one of those people who do so much for others - and never thinks to ask for help for herself. I baked four pans of lazagne a few days ago,and froze three of them for such a time as this. I sent home a pan of my very delicious lazagne with her - one meal that she won't have to cook with her ailing elbow.
