I felt as if I was running a marathon today- jogging from one meeting to another, taking a 20 minute lunch, back to another meeting. Some days are like that, and I wonder as I take this journey, how will I have the time do something for someone else ? But, opportunity always knocks, and so it did in the form of simply helping out another colleague today with her pre-planning activities (for school). I offered to do some things for her that took very little of my time- laminating posters, carrying books. I am learning that as I look for opportunities to extend kindness to others, I think very little about negative things. I just don't have the time!
